Well it was getting so late I decided to try with a fresh start this
morning.

1 Plenty of Drive Space  no problem there

2 Permissions  I am the Administrator Have all the permissions I need

3. Fragmentation - Really in need of it.  Will let you know if that solves
the issue.  I don't see how this can affect the install but will give it a
shot.

Concerning the other idea from Darin,  Installing on another machine is not
an option at this time.  Each machine that runs IMail is set up for a
particular network and domain environment.  At least I didn't loose anthing
last night when I tried the upgrade just had to reload the webfiles.

If anyone form Ipswitch wants to jump in here that would be a great help.  I
do have a service agreement.
