Then can add V8 AS features and third party utilities like Declude/Phase/URLBL List manager to tighten the noose.
Admining any email system takes some time which can be lessened by using 3rd utilities.

Out of currently 1313 pieces of email in there I found 40 that purport to be from a .fr address. Here are some from the first handful out of that list.
