Hi, every once in a while, the webmail interface show a users mailbox as being a ridiculous size. Currently, we have one where webmail reports the size as >3gb, while the physical .mbx file is only about 80mb. When this happens, the user is unable to delete any mail. She checks the boxes, clicks "delete", it loads for a while, then displays her mailbox again without any changes. Any ideas what is going on here? The quickfix is to delete the mailbox and start over, but that isn't an option in this case.. what can I do?
Webmail is also really slow for this user (several minutes to load each page), but that may be normal when they exceed a few megs in size? Indexing and such..
