While I understand where everyone is coming from. My first responsibility is to the resources of this agency. My clients, while they follow close behind, are #2. We do the best we can but the council that makes the ultimate decisions does so based on my recommendation. Sometimes we but heads, other times we see eye-to-eye.
However, as stated above, if it comes down to protecting our resources and giving our clients a feature.
