Yes, we are running Declude. What I thought was strange is that it seems to
make it to the mail server past declude.  I will look for those logs to see
if it has a problem, although to me it dose not look like a declude issue.

Are you using any spam filtering?  Rules to delete e-mail? Declude?
Something tickles in my brain about Outlook 2003 failing a command space
test, maybe adding the return receipt alters that to pass some test?  I'm
totally guessing here.....but you did say any ideas.

Why not have her send and e-mail to herself with and without the receipt and
see if there is anything different in the headers.

We are running Imail v 7.15 with all the updates. When a customer tries to
send an email from her account on one domain to annother account on a
seperate domain (same mail server), the email simply go's to spool and then
dissapears. If she uses a read recipt it go's through ok. I'm including
logs.

This is the first email without a read recipt. Both domains are on the same
mail server. (virtual)
