We are currently trying to migrate from an Imail user database to a SQL
Server database. It seems to me that Imail requires that each domain on a
server have its own specific table. This can become rather difficult to
manage when you have several hundred domains on a server. Is there any way
to have all email addresses in one master table and then maybe a column with
the domain?

I've used email server software in the past that can do this. It just seems
easier to manage, and is also nice for reporting, billing, etc.
