I see no where on http://spf.pobox.com/faq.html that states SPF requires an
anti-spam program. I do however see that http://spf.pobox.com/misc.html
SpamAssassin will introduce SPF in 2.70. We have Declude anti-spam but not
the Declude JunkMail program "that would allow us" to filter email that
fails SPF checks.

I have read the SPF RFC (breaks forwards btw) and no I don't write anti-spam
software - I write other types of software. No I have never written code to
support SPF however, as time permits, I am actively modifying the ASSP code
to support this and rbldns types checking. http://spf.pobox.com/ has
established the feasibility and others have provide plugs/patches for the
major leading email servers.

My original post was for the folks at IPSwitch asking them if there was any
chance of adding code to support Sender Policy
Framework (SPF) - nothing more.

Thanks for your analogies and support,

~Rick
