Rick Problem solved! The issue was that when I set up the packet filter
I didn't set the remote port to all ports, at least that fixed the
issue, I still want to make sure that doesn't open a hole in the major
hole in the firewall. Please let me know if I shouldn't have done that.

To further clarify, you have to add a protocol definition under policy
elements for that port, adding a packet filter will not cut it
