So my setting are correct then and it's a blocking issue?
Correct. You are connecting to them, and they are immediately giving you an "Access denied" error message.
I realize I am getting a 550 error. Is that always on the ISP end?
Not always, but if you can't understand the error message that goes with the 550, it probably is. You might see something like "Unknown user" (after a RCPT TO command), but usually a 550 would mean that there is a problem on the remote end.
Why would I contact Earthlink???
Sorry, I meant Juno (although I believe they are owned by Earthlink, and that Earthlink came up with that odd error message).
