I can say with 100% certainty it is affecting OE 6. In-house, we only use OE 6, and it is affecting all our internal mail. Every time someone in our own office sends me an email, it is marked as spam because of CMDSPACE. In addition, we have clients where we configured their email clients for them, and in those cases, I also know for certain that they are using OE 6, and suffering the same problem.
Perhaps the latest MS patches for OE 6 have "upgraded" it to include the same flaw as OL 2003? Well, even if we want to blame MS arrogance, we're not going to change them, so it becomes a question on how best to deal with the situation.
