Right now my company uses a program called MailManager running on a Linux server to manage all sales and customer service type inquiries. Incoming emails are tagged with a ticket number, and assigned to reps according to the distribution groups they are in, and what sort of information/assistance the customer is requesting. Right now we're looking for an alternative, I'm wondering if any of you in the Imail world use anything similar in description in conjunction with Imail.
