I know it would be best to get professional tools like Declude JunkMail Pro, yet I'd 
like to explore first to see if there's anything can be done within the iMail.

What do you mean by "source"?  That looks like a reverse DNS entry, but 
could be HELO/EHLO or something else.

It depends on what "source" is, and what tools you are using.  I don't 
recall ever seeing a reverse DNS entry in the IMail log file -- if you are 
using Declude JunkMail Pro and see it in the log file, you could set up a 
filter to block it quite easily.
