FYI: There is a nice tool (HELOISIP) looking for IP-like strings in the HELO string (not only "cmIP-ADD-RE-SS.hkcable"). It's free and can be used as external test for Declude. This simple test it's able to detect 19% of all processed messages as spam by having wrong results for legit messages below of 0,34% (on our servers). Depends from what networks (REVDNS entries) your customers send and receive legit messages. So in my eyes it's a great test for a weighting system. But you should know also, that other Declude tests has already accumulated enough points so that only around 0,001% of the hold spam will be only hold with the help of this test. All other spam messages has already reached points above 150% of the hold weight.
