What is imail looking at to exclude it from the antispam filtering?
>From (header)?
Mail from (smtp connection)?
Received from (header)?

It *should* be looking at the MAIL FROM address (which you can find in the "MAIL FROM" log file entry, if it does not appear in the E-mail headers). It *might* also be looking at the From: header, but I highly doubt that. The Received: header does not contain an E-mail address, so it cannot be using that (the Trusted Addresses option handles E-mail addresses or domains in E-mail addresses).

The best thing to do in this case is check the IMail SMTP log file entries and the IMail v8 anti-spam log file entries. This will show you the MAIL FROM address, and perhaps provide clues as to why it was not whitelisted.
