I agree with Laura, although I can understand where the sentiment about the
sales pitch comes from. Many folks were sold on Imail being a one stop
solution for handling email with anti-spam and ant-virus (if you buy their
add on), only to find it doesn't work as well as it was advertised. When
folks join the list for help, they often face threads trumpeting third party
solutions (yes frequently Declude) for issues they were sold on Imail
handling. For many it gets frustrating to find you spent $500 or more
dollars and need to spend another $400 for third party software to make
things work as well as they were hyped too.

I don't think anyone (besides Len :) would dispute Scott's technical ability
or that Declude is "all that and a bag of chips too". Given that the list is
about "Imail", I think plugs for third party solutions are best given after
any helpful advice about getting things to work within Imail itself.
