Greetings,
My company uses Imail Server 8.15 professional. We have had a
problem occur in the past in which one domain couldn't send email. It would
appear to them that the message was sent, as it went from the outbox to sent
items folder on their PC. However the message was never truly sent to the
recipient. We were never really able to figure out what caused the problem,
but did discover that a reboot of the Imail server fixed the problem. Well,
the problem occurred again yesterday and I have enclosed a copy of the SMTP
log from when it occurred. If someone could please let me know what the
cause of the problem is, I would really appreciate it.
