The message disappear from clients machine since the imail server accept mail for delivery and place it to queue. But for some reason the message could not be delivered immediately, so this message have been delayed by imail for requeue interval 15-30 min. Then you at 17:05 restart computer(it's better just to restart service if you want it), that's cause queuemanager to resend all queued files again. Your server 65.254.160.24:25 accept connection but with very strange EHLO result. Your ehlo result must be 3 lines more:
