Title: Viruses sending through my Imail lists, even if moderator-only posting

Force the use of passwords for the list.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Viruses sending through my Imail lists, even if moderator-only posting

Hi everyone.  Major issue here…

I'm running Imail Server 8.1 Pro with the latest and greatest patches.  I have a list that is configured to accept postings only from the Moderator, yet over the past couple of months I've had viruses spoof my return address and send to the entire list.

This particular list is for a security user group, so this makes us look seriously bad and opens a HUGE hole in my eyes for the Imail product.

Is there a way to further restrict a list?  For example, I'd be willing to accept the situation where I can only post to the list from a specific IP address(es).

Please help…

Thank you,
Brad Dinerman
