Agreeing with Rick...

Certain ip4r/rhsbl improve and others slip with time. These wouldn't hurt to 
be adjusted.
If you have the Pro version the SURBL filter discussed a couple of months 
ago is pretty effective.
If you don't want to make adjustments much, Sort Monster's Message Sniffer 
usually detects 95+% of the spam with low false posives.
