I am spot-on as to the situation and SBL is out of line. I do however like the idea brought up by John Tolmachoff about reporting the issue to ICANN. If you are hosting a spammer's site, and they use another method to transmit spam, YOU (as seen) can/will get blacklisted. It's that simple.
