I think the problem here is that we shouldn't be blacklisted without being
informed of the problem. Do we now have to do background checks on each new
account? Yeah, we have time for that. 

This has the potential of shutting us down if not causing all kinds of
problems with existing clients. I believe that blacklisting works but to be
listed without notification kinda blows. This is a good example where this
needs a little more hands-on from the blacklist owners.

That would be a good idea but you are still blacklisted until you get them 
to remove you.
