That's what I thought, but some of people are still having
issues even with that checked.

Your users need to configure SMTP
Authentication within their Outlook Clients; in Outlook 2000: TOOLS
/ ACCOUNTS / MAIL tab / highlight account & then PROPERTIES / SERVERS /
place a check on last section item: My Server Require Authentication; the
default SETTINGS option of "Use same settings as my ioncoming mail server"
should suffice....
