SMTP error messageAre these "mobile" users? If they're on a lan/wan/vpn solution "my server requires authentication" and "use same setting as my incoming mail server" works.
If they're mobile and use certain ISP's then they have to change "use same setting as my incoming mail server" to "logon using" and then provide their ISP/Internet account and password.
