I have a customer (library) who gets automated notifications of books being
requested from other libraries, and the emails are not coming through.

I have tried setting Imail logging to debug and grepped the logs for any
info.

The mail address that these are originating from is
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

I am running IMail Server Version 7.15 HF-3, Declude JM & Virus Pro Version
1.79i6

09:17 08:30 SMTPD(0694010C) [0.0.0.0] connect 205.247.101.14 port 3933
09:17 08:30 SMTPD(0694010C) send error 10054
09:17 08:30 SMTPD(0694010C) send error 10054

This is repeated in the logs about every 15 minutes (different ports) which
I assume is how often these requests are sent out.

The customer states that she stopped receiving mail from this address about
6 weeks ago and I have not made any changes to Imail or Declude that I can
think of that would affect this situation, I suspect that I may be something
on the senders end.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
