The ip is not in the control access file, I just double checked, I also see
connections from that IP on my secondary (mail spooler) server.

I see "[0.0.0.0] connect 205.247.101.14" 42 times today on Mail1 and 41
times on the secondary spooler.

Mail 1 had 6025 10054 errors as of 10:30 AM for about 36,000 mail
transactions.
Mail 2 had 146 10054 errors for about 49,000 mail transactions.

10054 are network connectivity issues either on their end or yours. Do you
see a lot of 10054's in your logs?

The one thing to check on your end is the SMTP Control Access file -- if you
have that IP listed (or an IP range that that IP is in), then you could see
this behavior.
