I am wondering if this only affects 7.15 as I am having the exact same problem on my
7.15 server. I have another server running 8.05 which is *NOT* exhibiting this as
well. I would hope all other 7.x users would check their imail logs to see if they
are seeing this.

I have a support ticket open since last week Tuesday with no real concrete answers
from IPSWITCH up to this point.
