Since they are so willing to help, have they looked at their logs to see where the message is going?
-----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Peter Lowish Sent: Sunday, October 10, 2004 9:43 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [IMail Forum] Mail not being received We are a small hosting company in New Zealand - we use Imail 8.13 One of our clients is not receiving email sent from a supplier in the US. Yet email addressed to me (different domain name but hosted on same Imail server with same IP address) is received ok. Mail from swaintours.com nor unitedvacations-sp.com to paratiho.co.nz is not appearing in any of our logs. Mail from the same addresses to other domain names we host appear to be received correctly. These details are include in this email with permission of both companies Company a.. (receiving the email) paratiho.co.nz - Company b.. (sending the email) swaintours.com and unitedvacations-sp.com (same provider) Checks using www.dnsreport.com show some errors in setup with swaintours.com and unitedvactions-sp.com, but does not explain why mail gets to me and others with different email addresses, but not to paratiho.co.nz Local (at their end) nslookup from swaintours.com show paratiho.co.nz with correct IP addresses I understand from swaintours.com they use exchange server We are all at a loss why this is happening. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing the email non delivery thanks in anticipation Peter To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
