Routing issues like this seem to have become quite a problem in the past month.
We've seen Verizon to Qwest, Sprint to Internet Junction, and Cogent to Qwest routing problems recently. Once I called and had the traffic re-routed everything was fine. All the trace routes had the traffic dying at Level 3. My provider is going to call and let them know about the issue.
