When I called, I was told the response was overwhelmingly positive and they would not be considering offering imail as a standalone product. Also when I asked about killerwebmail, i was told it is not part of the ICS. Hmm... But they would support imail and KWM for the length of my agreement, just not the whole upgrade thing...

From a $300~ service agreement, to a $5000 one? No thanks. I guess they figure they can alienate 90% of their customers and still come out ahead.

good, but I'm looking into it. Too bad, iMail seemed like a nice departure
from the usual software nonsense.

I just got off the phone with Ipswitch, and it is absolutely true -- IMail will no longer be offered as a stand-alone product. This is the ultimate in

arrogance, and shows a complete disregard for their existing customer base.

I will be looking to replace IMail, and would be very interested to receive any recommendations.
