These are all business decisions we and IPSwitch have to make. I believe that we already had adequate antispam and antivirus through 3rd party solutions. This is likely the reason IPSwitch won't offer the server without them now.
As a hosting company our needs were met with Imail server and 3rd party add-ons so we'll also be passing on ICS. I felt the last pricing change was extreme since Imail server didn't really do anything significant from version 6 - 8 if you already had spam and virus taken care of. I would strongly suggest IPSwitch rethink the bundling option because we'll run 8.13 until it's useless. By then something else will be better anyway. It was fun while it lasted...
