We realize that this is a big change, but it is one that has been long in
coming. Ipswitch feels confident that ICS is a solution that the market has
been clamoring for.
Have you really been talking to your customers? I cannot believe you have, and if you have you have not been listening at all.
We have been a loyal user of Imail and other Ipswitch products since 1996. The things we have asked for on this list and in person at ISPCon (when you use to go) have never been added. Scalability, to be able to split services among several servers is top of the list.
As an ISP, your ICS does nothing for us. Especially at the price you want. I guess it is time to look for a replacement and we will not be renewing our contract at this time.
