I do think this is the right place to discuss this. Ipswich needs to understand that a lot of little customers is better than a few big ones. We learned that years ago in the hosting business. I'll take 100 accounts paying me $20 over 1 that pays $2000 all day long. Lose the big fish and it hurts a lot more. Lose all the little fish and it hurts just as much though. This is the point we are all trying to drive home.
I think the point has been driven home. Some of us, however, aren't abandoning IMail tomorrow, and if Ipswitch decides to kill this list because of all name-calling, threats and general bitchiness going on, then those of us who are still going to be using this product in three months are going to be screwed.
Ipswitch has got the message now. I don't think it's need to be repeated 150 times a day.
