Any success with this? We've had the same issue. Ipswitch is FULLY aware of it. Does a previous version of the application work?

I really need this fixed right away. Unfortunately this has been going on since April but I never noticed the user counts climbing, I cleaned one server that said there were 1800 + users when in fact there were only 450 or so users. My most busy server shows 6500 users, there should only be 900, the server has been sluggish lately so I am going to spend tomorrow deleting the 5000 some reg entries to see if it clears up. By the way none of those 5000 some entries show up in the Imail admin users tree.
