You bet!!!  I would MUCH rather deal with a tech support person in the US
that can't speak English than one overseas that can't.

AMEN Brotha!  We are evaluating all of our vendor's support offerings as
well and are looking for alternative products if they are not "home grown".


As a customer, I should only have to overcome the technical issues NOT the
language barrier as well.
