I was getting a bunch of those until I updated to 8.13. The cause was speculation with a few possible recommended things that I fixed or changed, which I can't remember now, but the problem remained.
Just before updating to 8.13 I started having some hard drive issues so backed up everything, changed drives, reinstalled and then upgraded.
