Althought this looks like a good idea on the surface you will find the need to allow smaller companies that want the flexability of having their own mail server. To effectivly do this you need to be ablae to exclude entries from this test without whitelisting the server.
I use Declude with a filter that detects these and many other RDNS strings to determine dynamic type ip addresses. I have to exclude many smaller business partners from this test because they are using ADSL for their internet connection.
