The only limitation that concerned us was lack of enforcement of storage quotas and rate-limiting, but there may be others that are important to you.

If you have experience with it, I would like to know what the limitations are. We're thinking about moving to 2003 server, to consolidate several older 2000 web servers on a more robust server (dual xeon, 2gb, 200gb raid, etc...) I know IIS6 can be config'd via XML. Any thoughts on how easy this is to maintain? From my perspective, to be able to config purely by scripting would be nice. BUT can I also avoid setting user accounts by using a 3rd party FTP server app? I know there are a couple out there. Any recommendations? Ideally one with a text/xml config file, monitoring one IP address, and routing people to the right folder based on login credentials without the limitations inherent in MS FTP?
