Do the RFCs actually require that EACH domain on a multi-homed mail server feature the "postmaster" and "abuse" accounts? I had always assumed that the primary mail domain (the domain referenced in MX records) required them but that the other ("child") domains did not.
I would say "best practice" is that every domain.tld accept, at a minimum:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED]
multi-homing is totally separate issue and doesn't affect the above practice.
