I am using IMail (8.12) anti spam. I don't have the volume of email that most folks have but I am content with it. I use the blackholes.us (country) blacklists for connection filtering, the phrase and url filter lists, and the feature filtering. I also use the SMTP control access list. I have the luxury of blocking entire countries (RIPE network, Latin registry, etc) - so I do.

However, our Tech Department is completely strapped for cash (who's isn't???) and I'm not sure if management is going to ok that purchase. My question - is the built-in spam feature in IMail 8.14 better than nothing? If so, do you have any particular tips that you have used in setting it up? I'm not looking for other alternatives to Declude (unless they are free), or to start a war over which is better. I just need to get something going and it looks like IMail is my only hope right now. Thanks for your understanding, and any advice you can give.
