I searched the archives and didn't find anything that related to this problem with v8.15. I also searched Ipswitch and found nothing of value. I did call support and was informed that this is a problem that has been seen before and that it is caused by a corrupt folder in a mailbox. I searched the logs to find who had last logged in before the problem started and found the same person logging in just before the problem started. I moved their main folder and lo-and-behold the problem went away. I wonder why there is nothing in ipswitch support on this solution to the problem. Then again... Just thought I'd pass it along...
