eric,

First, I should have elaborated that I was referring to products like mxguard, declude and imgate that do outperform ICS on a number of levels. If imail were a product without problems I wouldn't bother hanging around but there are numerous old and new bugs that you'd be a fool not to keep an ear to the ground on. I would bet that quite a number of imail customers would agree that there are better 3rd party solutions that work better than ICS.

Webtrends did the same thing as ipswitch in terms of drastically raising the cost of the product and the company was bought out recently. So, I would expect something along those lines to happen here as well.

Don't worry when I turn off imail I will be gone.

Why do you still hang around if you have 3 other options to use.  Leave the board if you can't provide positive feedback on the product at hand..

too bad you bought ICS because there are about 3 other solutions for A LOT less money with A LOT more options.

I have a request from several of our clients to add improvements to the current SPAM filters.  Has anyone already done this?  I'm relatively new to the ICS world...

One of the functions that our previous ISP provided allowed us to go to the webmail server and identify spam at that spot, automatically putting it in the junk mail category and keeping it out of our inbox.

I have several of these that come in that would be cool to get rid of.  Tagging them for junk mail – puts them in the junk mail inbox on Outlook, but doesn’t keep them out of my phone.

This isn’t a huge deal, but if it’s not a difficult fix, would be a nice add on.

I have SPAM filters setup, and SPAM that is caught is moved to his SPAM box....but this guy is asking for me to give him the ability to mark messages as SPAM - and automatically move the message to his SPAM folder....

any ideas??

Thanks!
