Thanks found the access control and kill file. Feeling stupid I missed those. There was not much there but it is good to know that they exist.

They are on the SMTP Security tab of the SMTPD service setup in IMail Admin. Check these first. If it's not there then you will need to contact someone over at NetZero and let them know of the trouble so they can look at their end
