PHP can be flaky on Windows in my experience (as of last week on the

Subject: [IMail Forum] Survery responses - PHP

Thanks to everyone who has responded to the survey, your input will be
very helpful.

Several people has said that IMail requiring PHP would not be
acceptable.
Could I get more info as to why PHP would be a problem?

Thanks,
Tripp
