An admin who's familar with PHP & Co. wouldn't have choosen Imail for the same reason we now don't preffer a PHP-based product.
Funny that most of the responses have answered NO to question #5. That indicates to me that most of the admins here are either already familiar with PHP or are happy to become familiar with it.
