I have two
customers, so far, this morning who are unable to SEND mail using Microsoft
Outlook now that we have upgraded from 8.0 to 8.2
In all cases, we
require authentication.
In both cases, when
the users try to SEND a message, they are prompted to enter their username and
password.
When I have then
check their authentication settings, the box for USE THE SAME SETTINGS AS
MY INCOMING MAIL SERVER is no longer checked and the Outlook program is asking
for their username and password.
Any
suggestions?
