That's extremely interesting to us. We have a total of 300 or so
users/aliases. Having the ability to bounce anything addressed to anyone
off that list would kill most dictionary attacks as well as email to ex
employees and old aliases. We're using Symantec SMS SMTP as a gateway for
IMAIL. Where would ORF sit? Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I finally had the time to test and setup ORF on my backup MX and it had cut
down the load tremendously. I have it set to reject non-known addresses via
creating a list of local e-mails including aliases and importing that into
ORF.
