[IMail Forum] open connections

[Matrosity Tech Support]

We're showing an IP in our open connections using netstat that we have 
denied access by adding them to the control access list. The problem is 
that they are still opening connections. I thought this would prevent 
them from even keeping a connection open but I guess not. Any idea how 
to prevent them from doing that?
