You could use an imail rule to block all except valid email addresses, or in 8.2 or through an external spam filtering aid you could use SPF to block all mail claiming to be from your domain that doesn't originate from a valid sending server for your domain. Note: you will need to set up appropriate SPF records in DNS to identify valid sending servers for your domain.
