we don't bounce anything anymore for this very reason. I have taken to trusting spamcop and spamhaus for instant deletion though. Some folks (myself included) object to being spammed, even from mail-admins that didn't "create" the original message. You DID "create" the NDR and it's just spam, plain and simple.
