Hello,

I am looking at MIX coming from MBX and am confused about the exact way the INBOX is supposed to work. It seems that the discussion in doc/drivers.txt has not been updated yet with any details on MIX.

In particular, with MBX:

1. ~userhome/INBOX is used if it exists and is in mbx format
2. The unix-format "mail spool" file for the user is read and messages are copied from that to the ~userhome/INBOX if there are any in it.

So, moving to MIX,

1. What is the definition of the global "INBOX" directory.
2. Does #2 still hold?
3. Now, people can presumably create subfolders of "INBOX". So is a folder path of "INBOX/blah" going to correctly use the right path for "INBOX" and then look in the appropriate subfolders? In that way, we end up with 2 folder trees -- INBOX and "friends" and wherever you keep your "imap folder path" folders for everything else.

Thank you,
-Erik Kangas
